Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
The vertebrobasilar insufficiency at your age is very unusual and needs investigations. Also the cause of elevated intracranial hypertension needs to be known. I am sure with these diagnoses scans of your brain must have been taken. If not, it needs to be done. Both are very different conditions and treatment is different. Visit a neurologist to find out about the cause of your problems. Few hormonal tests (like for thyroid) may also be required.
Good luck.
