Embryo Transfer Done, Dark Spotting, Diarrhea, Periods, Dermoid Cyst, Sharp Abdominal Pain. Causes And Treatment?

Had grade 8 embryo transfer done on day 3 started dark spotting on day 11 an diarihia on day 11 in the morning, now on day 13 it has progressively gone to more like a period , a dermoid cyst was was on egg collection day, diarihia again today slighty queeziness in tummy an shirt sharp pain on right side same side as cyst... Any info???
