Endometrium Thickened And Echogenic Evidence Of Vascularity Noted In Scan. What Does Retained Products Of Conception Mean?
I have done mtop and when I went for scan the report is showing endometrium appers thickened and echogenic with evidence of vascularity noted..with myometrial echos normal. The radiologist gave an impression of suggestive of retained products of conception. Do it need any surgery to clear or madication can help clearing it. Is there anything to worry or will it effect further pregnancy. Please suggest me what to do. Thank you.
