Enlarged Adenoids, Difficulty Breathing, Compromised Speech. Can Laser Surgery Be Done Without Anesthesia?

My son has enlarged adenoids , possibly stemming from environmental irritants. He has many food intolerances as well. He has difficulty breathing at night and his speech clarity is compromised. I would like to know if there is a way to get partial removal of his adenoids through laser surgery without anesthesia and where can he get it done in NYC.

HI I have gone through your mail and I came to know that your child is having enlarged adenoids which are now disturbing his voice, creates difficulty in nasal breathing, all these features are the real indications for adenoid surgery (adenoidetomy),you said that you are interested in partial removal of adenoid I can't understand your interest in partial removal of adenoids because in partial removal of adenoids the remaining part will regenerate and problums will reoccur, secondarly the remaining part will carryon spreading infection as at present, thus I hope your child will not be benifited much in partial adenoid removal.you have asked about anaesthesia so I would like to say adenoidectomy by laser is possible under local anaesthesia & general anaesthesia both.Thanks.
