Enlarged Right Groin Lymph Nodes That Pains On Lying Down, During Ejaculation. STD Tests Negative. Next Step?

hi, I m 34 healthy men, with enlarged right groin lymph nodes, painful only when laying down. I have this for almost 2 year. getting more painful. STD screen is negative, but I had Clamidya years ago. Still burning sensation/ mild pain in perineal area on ejaculation , not all the times. I took a course of ciprofloxacin for 10/7 but didn t resolve. what should i do next? thanks

Good Day! I would suggest getting a prostate examination to check for tenderness and prostatic massage fluid culture, you might have chronic prostatitis. Treatment usually is prolonged antibiotics (one month or more). Best of Luck.
