Enlarged Tonsil, Vein Seems Inflamed. Got Steroids. How Long To Heal?

I am a singer and belted hard rock for 4 hours a month and a half ago. Then I cracked at a note well within in my range. I was not hoarse.

The next day it felt like my mid to high range had something obstructing it. I looked and found enlarged tonsil, went to ENT, got steroids for 3 days, saw very little improvement, got steroids for 6 days ... no improvement for a month.

Vocal quality is okay but it takes more effort to get clear notes. There is a vein looking thing on the bottom of right tonsil that seems inflamed. How long will it take to heal?

LON WITH ANTI ALLERICS AND SMALL STEROIDS DOSES ARE NEEDED FOR 3 WEEK
