Entire Pelvic Area Is Swollen, Inflamed And Has A Purple Spot, Been Oozing Smelly Blood On Popping. Remedy?

In my pelvic are right below belly button started off as a small irritation and rapidly grew into a dark purple spot and the entire area around it became swollen, inflamed and very sensitive to the touch. Next morning(today), i woke up and it waa popped and for the last few hours the swelling went down, and minor pain, but has been discharging a lot of brown smelly blood. Why wont it stop, or what is this going on. What can i do now?

Hi,

It seems that you may be having irritant contact dermatitis.

It may be due to dust, water, soap, color, clothes..etc.

It is inflammed and swollen. It suggest secondary bacterial infection.

You take steroids in tappering dose for 2 to 3 weeks.

Take short course of antibiotics.

If there is itching, take antihistaminics.

Apply antibiotic cream initially, when the lesion becomes dried, apply mild steroid with antibiotics.

Cleanse the area with antiseptic liquid like dettol.

Avoid worries and stress.
