hi doctor i m 37 woman the doctor order for blood test all is ok but the Eosinophils test show 0% what does it mean and what is Eosinophils ?? plz doctor explen to me thanks

Eosinophils are a type of white blood cells . They are part of the body's immune system, and high in case of allergic condition, parasitic infestation, dermatitis. If you have 0% nothing to be worried. it is good that you dont have any allergic reaction, parasitic infestation,or any sort condition.
