Erectile Dysfunction And Premature Ejaculation. No Problem In Arousal In The Morning. No Help From Vita Ex Gold, Vigour 2000 Etc. Help

I m 36 yrs aged male having 2 child,my problem is of erectile dysfunction & Premature ejeculetion .
(1)As i m facing this problem since last 3 yrs or may be more .I have not done a complete intercourse with my partner due to PE.I ejeculate just after foreplay or at the time of penetration. Taken some herbal medicine like vita ex gold, vigour 2000 but not satisfactory result received.
2) Sometimes i feel that facing ED eventhough my partner try. Not getting erection.Also i myself get aroused in morning between 4 to 7 am without any pills or medicine.
3) One of my friend suggested Caverta 100 & Duralast 60/staytal 60 as in past he has also faced problem of PE & his doctor suggested this.
4) for your information I do not have any type of BP or problem other than this. May be due to this i face sleepless night some times.my weight is around 75 kg avg,height 5'11" .Pure vegeterian by diet.generally avoid late night dinner. doing some excercise 3 days a week for 15 min.
Pls reply for this and solution,medicine to overcome the situation

This problem is quite common so remove tension for not having full erection.
As you got erection in the morning means you do not have any hormonal problem.
This type of problem is more or less psychic so remove false fear about non erection and particularly while doing sex.
You may take Viagra after consulting your doctor, this gives excellent result for ED.
