sir I am a male 21 years old. I am masturbating from past 8 years (sometimes up to even 4-5 times a day as well) and still a virgin. sir I am suffering from the problem of premature ejaculation. whenever I masturbate, I usually have a fall within 10 seconds. although in past i used to hold up to 3-4 minutes as well. I am really depressed from my weak sexual performance and it is getting worse day by day. besides I also have the problem of underdeveloped penis. although length is about 5.5 but girth is quite less. and neither i get harder erections. Any doctor or any other person who can help me,please tell whether there is any way to come out of this problem and most importantly from premature ejaculation. I will be thankful to you forever.

Premature ejaculation is mostly a condition arising due to over excitement;mental stress;work pressure;family issues;worry;and is not a disease so please do not worry.Also you are doing mastrubation 4-5 times which is not good because it shows that you are concentrating more on sex than your daily life so first please reduce mastrubation and concentrate on your study or career whatever you are into and the timing will improve once the excitement settles.As for the size of penis it is normal and not under developed so please do not bother you are absolutely normal.

it cannot be taken as premature ejaculation.
Being you r doing 4-5 times a day every time you are in hurrry to finish it as early as possible to avoid the notice from others.
as a result body is adjusted with your intrest .
advises
try to reduce the number from4-5 per day to weekly 4-5 very slowly
always u practise sits bath method befor taking bath for about 5-10 minute,by dipping whole pennise in a mug of water and slow massage over dorsum side /upper side
try for 2 months this along with confidence
its not disorder ur mental preparation only no need to worry get back me after 2 -3 months
have a nice time
