Estrogen Found High, Advised Tamoxifen Usage. Is It A Good Option To Start With ?

I was previously tested for Hormones and found to be Estrogen High. Speaking with a new doctor today (she does not have confirmation of those results) we discussed Tamoxifen usage for current issues. Is that a realistic option for someone with high levels to start with. Generally speaking, aren't most women Estrogen Low?

hello,

Tamoxifen is usually used in breast carcinoma and not a common indication of high estrogen level. There are some other alternatives which you can try after consultation with your doctor.

The diet only allows absorption of natural anti-estrogenic foods such as citrus fruits, cruciferous vegetables like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, coffee, tea, cauliflower, avocado, nuts, eggs, organic milk products etc. Also, you have to avoid phytoestrogen contained foods.

You can try these to lower estrogen level naturally. Good luck.
