Ever Since I Was 8 I Have Been Getting Lumps

Ever since i was 8 i have been getting lumps and bumps on my inner thighs the skin in that area is rather dark it first started off with little dark dots i believe to be black heads i just squeezed and that got rid of some which i still get and there are multiple but around the age of 12 i began to get not only the "black heads" but also fluid filled bumps,hard lumps (sometimes painful) which not only were either small and multiple or huge but one or two but they sometimes grow on my vaginal lips or upper groin area im 15 and have never been sexually active and make sure i wash down there every morning when I take a shower so what could it be .....I never go to the doctor and don't know any of my family's medical history
