Every Morning I Take Vyvanse For Binge Eating. This Afternoon

Every morning I take Vyvanse for binge eating. This afternoon around 2pm i had an allergic reaction to antibiotic. I knew i was allergic to ceftin and the dr performing a minor procedure didn't see it in my chart and gave me keflex and i had the reaction. in the office they administered steroid shot in the hip and an EpiPen to counteract. after a lot of shaking and heavy breathing. my body finally calmed down and I went on with my afternoon and evening. All of the sudden, my heart is racing. My normal HR is 53 bpm. Is this racing heart issue normal after today's experience. It has been several hours since the episode.
