Hello,
Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Thanks for your query.
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
M pattern Baldness is nothing but a common Male-pattern baldness.
Many men, as they get older, start to lose hair above the temples.
The hair loss continues over time around the top of the head and sometimes claims the hair on the sides and rear of the head as well, leading to complete baldness.
This is called
androgenic alopecia because it's linked with the presence of
androgens (hormones that control masculine characteristics).
As your hair fall is very less, it is nothing to worried about.
The average hair fall per day is about 100.
One of the FDA approved drug is helpful in hair loss for
male pattern baldness is
Minoxidil (Rogaine, Regaine). Minoxidil is applied directly on your scalp. The way it works is unclear.
Thus i advise you to either have treatment with minoxidil after consulting with your
Primary care Physician or leave it.
Hope this helps.
Please reply for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
