Excessive Hair Fall, Scalp, Skin Very Dry. Hair Spa Treatment Didn't Help. Any Internal Reason?

I m suffering from heavy hair fall from last ten years. my mom's hair is also very thin but I m suffering from this problem at very young age. I got treatment from V CARE hair spa. but it didn't work. my scalp and skin is very dry. my hair is also very dry and weightless. my health is good overall. and have not any problem of thyroid. is there any internal reason of my hair fall. what should i do for it.
