Hi, welcome to health care magic

I am not sure if you are breastfeeding or not because that will influence how you feel.
If you are breastfeeding then that may explain the tiredness and the hunger because breastfeeding can require 300 to 500 more calories and as result would cause increased hunger and because your body is using alot of energy to make the milk , you may also feel tired.
The good news is that because women you breast feed tend to lose the weight faster just because of the extra calories expended by their body once they consume a healthy diet with sufficient fruits and vegetables and reduced portions of high calorie foods.

In additon there is an increased fluid requirement associated with breast feeding and adequated fluid intake is essential, if you do drink enough you will be thirsty.

If you are using formula then the above would obviously apply to you. In which case the key to weight loss would be restrict caloric intake. Reduce your daily intake by 500 to 1000 which would result in a 1 to 2 pound loss a week. Look at your intake and focus on areas where it may be possible to cut out juices or sodas, restrict portions to reach the 500 or 1000 calories.
It is actually easier to lose weight by restricting your intake than by exercise because it would take a significant amount of exercise to acheive a deficit of 500 calories whereas we can usually just remove 1 or 2 two things from our meals to acheive this amount.
Exercise plays a major role in maintaining the loss after it has been acheived.

Constant thirst and increased passage of urine is also associated with uncontrolled diabetes and it is important to rule this out.You should consider visiting you GP for a general check up and blood tests.

I hope this answers your question, wish you the best
