Excessive Mucus Formation In The Throat. Smoker. Pain In The Throat, Orange Patches In The Throat. Concerned

Hello,
So for about a month now I've had an excessive amount of mucus draining from nose into my throat. I am a smoker, but I didn't think much of the hacking because I do it so often (probably time to quit); however, I just noticed a more apparent pain in the back of my throat today, so I went to check and I have orange patches/bumps in the back of my throat. Should I be worried?

your sinuses when infected causes post nasal drip of mucus it can be chronic and if you never had before it is acute sinuses
the mucus irritates the mucosa of throat causing the bump
you can start with tab metrogyl 200 mg bd
tab allegra 120 mg d
syp pititon 1.2 tsf night
syp gelusil 1 tsf bd
continue 5-7 days this episode will go away
but get xray pns waters view to see if you have chronic sinusitis and if yes treat it in consultation with doctor to prevent recurences
