Experienced Hair Fall. Some Peach Fuzz Growing In Forehead. Is The Lost Hair Coming In Same Follicle?

Hi, i am 24 year old male. My hair was very thick 4 years back. As I was in hostel, I lost most of it. But from the past one year, I really took great care of my hair, by washing it frequently. Few months back, I saw some peachfuzz on my forehead , the area where my hairline starts and some of them grew as a mature hair. My question is that are these peach fuzz growing on all of my scalp? The hair which I lost is coming back from the same follicles? If not, what should I do to get the lost hair back. PS, I don t want to use minoxidil or Propecia or Rogaine. Thank you
