Experienced Pain On The Back Side Of Head After A Dream
Hi, I was ready to go to bed.power gone.some hw managed to get sleep. During sleeping i gt a dream ... Im not able to move my body parts.im flying in the air. Strtng frm bed to... Finally i struckd top roof of home. Power came. Problem gone in dream. I sudenly woke up powr did nt came actually. Bt when i woke up in sudden .i gt pain back side of head. Tooo much pain. Plz help me on it.

That is a normal phenomenon that happens in the REM stage of the sleep when your body muscles are paralysed while you are still dreaming. At that time if you wake up you feel that you can't move. Its nothing to worry about. As this just happened once don't overthink it. Most people have such dreams sometimes. Have a good sleep!!
