ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that your father may be suffering from the laryngeal cancer but it should be ruled out by the ENT specialist by doing the laryngoscopy and neck examination.
If you have any doubt, I will be available for your query.
