Experiencing Back Pain, abdomen Pain, nausea Due To Insomnia

For the past 3 weeks or so I ve bad a near constant shooting pain coming from the center of my upper back, almost between my shoulder blades. It feels like it s from my spine. When sitting or curled up in a ball the pain subsides slightly. I have also had nausea and abdominal pain lately but I can t say they re related since I have stress-induced abdominal pain issues as well. I have been diagnosed with gallstones but nothing was done as the doctor at the time decided they were not harming me. I m wondering if they are possibly harmful now or if there s somehow going on or what I can do to relieve the pain and nausea. I am not pregnant or menstruating at this time. The longer I am on my feet the worse the pain gets. Simple OTC medicines are not helpful in relieving the pain, but applying heat and ice seem to help soothe it, but not make it disappear. Also, I have been more tired lately but that could be caused by a busy schedule (full time student with 3 jobs) or simply the insomnia I have occasionally. But it is harder to get out of bed and my head feels cloudy. I feel light headed rather often as well. No explanation for that.

Hello!back pain, abdominal pain and nausea may very well be related to stress, may be ongoing depression, including the fatigue that you are experiencing lately could very well be related to sleep deprivation and on going stress. Before concluding that it is because of the stress it is important to rule out all other possible organic causes, just as you have mentioned may be your gall stones are getting symptomatic now, back pain may be related to radiculopathy, once all this is ruled out it is important to know the cause of for your sleeplessness (could be because of the pain itself). As of now I would advise you to consult an orthopaidician for your back pain and see a physician for the abdominal pain and nausea.
