OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I will first suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy because chances of tubal ligation failure even if less, still occurs. Also, there can be a local infection so a course of antibiotics will be required along with antispasmodic drotaverine for reducing pain and discharge.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
