Experiencing Chest Pain Left Side And Back Area At The Rib Cage , What Are The Possible Treatment ?

I had pain in upper chest yesterday that was just uncomfortable. Today the Pain is now on left side in back area behind rib cage and seems to be very uncomfortable. I had a stent put in back in 2011 and took nitro this morning and it seemed to help a little but the pain is now somewhat worse.

Dear sir

As per your history and complaints what we can suspect is
1. Stable angina
2. Pleuritis

But pleuritis is unlikely to happen so it might be due to unstable angina
Which needs further examination and tests like 2d echo and treadmill test.

Dont worry you can treat it medically. Dont forget to get chest x ray once

Thanks
