Experiencing Cold Feet And Increased Pulse During Pregnancy
hi i am pregnant for complete 19 weeks today (22-3-2014). I have ultrasound at (17-3-2014) when i was 18 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My ultrasound report shows BPD=3.7cm , HC=15.01cm , AC=12.6cm , FL=2.7cm and FWT 230 gm Doctor suggested me these tablets per day( Bis Glycinate Iron Complex capsules , Loprin 75 mg, Algaecal) Can anyone please explain to me all detail about ultrasound? Also I feel my heartbeat and cool foot, weekness from last two days. I am from pakistan.

Hello, your ultrasound is suggestive of either wrong calculation of dates or growth retardation.
So keep taking the drugs as advised and get a fetal doppler done as soon as possible.
Take plenty of water and sleep in left lateral position always.
Take high protein diet and lots of green leavy vegetables.
