Experiencing Cramps In Pelvic Area And Lower Back. Done Total Hysterectomy. Had Extensive Endometriosis. What May Be Wrong?
Hello, I am experiencing me steal type cramping in my pelvic area as well as my lower back. If I didn't know any better i would think I was ready to start my me steal cycle, nowhere, I had a total hysterectomy 2 1/2 years ago. I did have extensive endometriosis, which adhered my organs together. I have been on the combo patch since my hysterectomy, and aside from weight gain, haven't had any problems. I have been experiencing this pain for about 1 week now. Is it something to be concerned about?
Hello Thanks for your query. Your pain is mostly due to the endometriosis. Total hysterectomy still would not remove the adhesions and the bowel and bladder damage that extensive endometriosis would cause. You could consider further medical or injectable therapy once the diagnosis is confirmed. please consult your gynecologist. Take care.
