Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear ma'm
Thanks for writing to us.
Dizziness with palpitation may indicate serious trouble. I would recommend to consult a cardiologist to get a cardiac ultrasound or ECHO done at earliest. If it does not show serious valve disorder involving aortic valve, get a 24 hour holter monitoring done to ascertain type of rhythm at time of palpitation and dizziness. Once this work up is normal, you should consult physician for other causes.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
