Experiencing Dizziness, Vertigo, Lightheaded And Flu Like Symptoms. Tests Showed Hypertension. What Does The Findings Mean?
I am a 50 yr old white male 6' 245lbs. Active lifestyle. Experienced flu like symptoms when arrived on vacation in Hawaii. Took Advil and NyQuil to no avail, changed to Claritin. No change in flu like symptoms. Started experiencing dizzynesss, vertigo, lightheaded ness, , can sleep, hard to breath, sense of doom. Check blood pressure at pharmacy, results were hypertension, never tested like this before. Stopped taking any over counter meds. Seeing my dr tomorrow. What should I do now?
