Experiencing Dizziness,nausea And Cramping

Dizzy off and on and Nausea off and on the last few days, two days ago I thought i started my period but it was dark like purple with a mucus but no smell, but it just lasted a few hours and it was lite, well it did the same today not heavy. had cramping a week ago but it has since stopped, today just makes 2 days late so i dont understand whats going on.

Hello,

Brown spotting and cramps are sign of misscarrage. However, in your case, you have history of irregular cycle so mis of periods can't say that you were pregnant therefore I'd you have done UPT showing you were pregnant then please do ultrasound which can tell you if you are pregnant or misscarrage (complete / incomplete). Because even if it is miscarriage you still may need cleaning (dilatation and currettage).
