Experiencing Fever,loss Of Appetite,chills,sweating ,vomiting & Rapid Heart Rate

Hi, I am 6 months pregnant and for the past few days I have been experiencing fever symptoms. I just got over the flu a few weeks ago and felt better for about a week. I am having pains in my right side. Alternating Chills and sweats, vomiting, loss of appetite and weakness. I also just checked my head rate and it's at 109 bpm. My next OB appt is on June 27th, should I stick it out until then or go to the er?

You should go to the emergency room... Ultrasound to be done to rule out acute appendicitis...it may be the cause of all your complaints..
