Experiencing Hives Through Out The Body After Having Hep B Vaccination. Any Suggestion?

Hey, so I'm 19, male and I had a Hep B vaccination 3 weeks ago today, and for the past week I've been breaking out into full body hives, I'm also in the middle of important exams so it could be stress related, but just wanted to check and see if it were possible that I had contracted some form of Hep B or if there was any link at all. Help!

Thank you for your question.

No , your hives are not indicative of the Hep B or the effect of the vaccine as its been 3 weeks since you have got it.
However , if you have developed fever , high grade fever , joint pains along with the hives , then you may need to show the Doctor in person.

For now , you can take over the counter Claritine 10 mg daily at night for 10 days to heal the hives.

If it does not respond to this you may need , a steroid shot or oral course .
