Experiencing Irregular Bleeding And Pain. US Showed Cysts On Ovary. Suggestions?

I recently had an ultra sound and a biopsy done of my uteris. I had an ablation done 5 years ago. I am experiancing irregular bleeding and alot of discomfort/pain. I was told I have cysts on my left ovary. the right is ok. But during the exam there were some dark spots that showed up 4, 2 larger( the size of quarters) and 2 smaller.
I have a dr. appt tomorrow for follow up, I am a little scared, and kinda want some options of what this could be so Im not hit with everything at 1 time.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M.Forum.
Ovarian cyst is a most common features in females.
In my opinion ablation is nothing to do with ovarian cyst.
Let me explain you the things which occurs in ovarian cysts.
Decrease in estrogen hormones,
increase in androgen and testosterone level,
Alteration in F S H/ LH hormones,
hirsutism and acne ,
atretric foliicles with increased ovarian stroma,
obesity with glucose intolerance.
Treatment is there ,hence need not to worry.
