Experiencing Issues With Incontinence. Spot On Labia That Itches, Particularly After Urinating. Tried Many Treatments. What Is This?

I have been experiencing issues with incontinence. I'm 49 years old. in the last three or four weeks, there is a spot about the shape and size of a quarter on my labia that itches, particularly after urinating. I've tried Desitin, hydrocortisone and antibacterial creams and it won't go away. Is that likely diaper rash? or is it something else?

hi... you are having incontenence of urine.. please see your urologist for knowing the cause for incontrinence and treatment. the rash over the genitalia could be due to diaper which you might be constantly using. there are various modalities of treatment for diaper rash with powder/ointment which contain zinc oxide for local application. all the best.
