Experiencing Liquid Discharge From The Popped Blisters. Any Suggestions?

Hello, I had what I thought to be a small blister from playing soccer but now(9 days later) the skin has not reformed from the popped blister and I am experiencing a liquid discharge from the site that, when I wake up or have not cleaned in a few hours, then crusts around my toes. It also appears as though the "blister" is now also on another toe. Albeit I very well could have simply no noticed the second earlier(it is smaller and in a precarious spot that I did not notice until further inspection). Any thoughts? Blister or fungus maybe?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This could be simple blisters must have been formed due to friction or rubbing actions, this could go away without any medicine but now it being opened so the local application of any antibiotic will be necessary and I think the 'Siversulphadizine' (Cream base) would be the drug of choice try it it will be fine soon have nice day.
