Hello,

Metallic fizzy sensation in mouth may be due to-pericoronitis due to impacted wisdom tooth or due to cervical abrasion of multiple teeth.

Get a thorough clinical evaluation by a dentist.

Complete course of ciprofloxacin along with analgesics has to be administered.

Impacted tooth has to be extracted.

Maintain oral hygiene well.

Avoid spicy,acidic foods.

Take care.
