Experiencing Nausea, Stomach Cramps And Lightheaded. Had Mirena Implanted. Suggest

Hi, I m a 26 year old female who s been experiencing nausea, some stomach cramps, and have been light headed and gassy for about 2 1/2 weeks. I m tired all the time and I have no clue what s wrong with me. I had mirena implanted a year and a half ago, no issues with that. Any suggestions?

Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing could be related to possible:
- uro-genital infection
- stomach problems

I suggest to do :
- abdominal ultrasound
- urine analysis
- vaginal swab testing

If everything is ok, then, should start to take:
- prescription omeprazole and simethicone
- otc probiotics
- drink more water

All the best!
