Experiencing Pain In My Left Calf And Thigh And Feeling Really Unwell

since having a marine coil fitted I have been getting pain in my left calf and thigh and feeling really unwell generally. I pain goes some when I take aspirin but does come back and seems to move up and down between by calf and mod thigh. its not read or swollen but uncomfortable and I feel there is something in there. I am worried it might be DVT?

Hello,

DVT is unlikely. Long standing varicose vein can also cause similar symptoms. A venous Doppler is required to make a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
