Experiencing Pain In Right Eye Socket, Intermittent Stabbing Pain On

Experiencing pain in right eye socket, intermittent stabbing pain on my right hemisphere of my brain. If you could imagine putting on a head band (horse shoe shaped), not temples, that is where I experience intense pain from time to time. Heat builds up and I sometimes have to put my head under cold water, otherwise I over heat, I have been feverish too, and I also have an infection up my right nostril which has not cleared.
