Experiencing Pain In Stomach & Pelvis Due To SPD(symphysis Pubic Dysfunction)

Im 26 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and feeling decreased movement. I have SPD and am in considerable pain with this- more so today then over last few weeks but also got a slight pain in my stomach and am passing urine much more frequesntly than normal. Is it just the SPD causing the extra pain and if my pelvis has moved further out of alignment will this result in me feeling a decrease in babys movement? Im not sure wether im just being paranoid after 2 complicated pregnancies and a number of early miscarriages or wether i should genuinely be worried. Thanks

I understand ur pain is significant.yes as u rightly guess it could b spd but it is better to exclude other things before concluding on tat as ur diagnosis.I will definitely suggest a urine culture n sensitivity.u not feeling movements again warrants dome testing like a fetal doppler.it would b really good if ur obg can examine u once
