Experiencing Pain , Nausea ,cramping And Back Pain And Pregnant As Per The Reports, What Could Be The Reason ?

I had been on Depo for over 5 years when I switched my provider. My new doctor informed me that because of my age (35) I should not be on the depo, especially for that long a time. After having an abnormal pap I had a biopsy and was told I was in the 3rd stage of HPV and would require a leep procedure. I was taken off the depo and the procedure was done in May or June of this year. Due to unfortunate events I did not go back to get an alternative birth control. I knew that it would take a few months for my period to start again after being without it for so long. It started again in October of this year, and like clockwork the next one came on time November 7th. 3 weeks after my period, which was completely normal, I became extremely tired, and had mild nausea for about 3 days. I slept about 14-16 hour for 3 days and lost 14 pounds before I began to feel myself again. On December 10th my period was officially late and I began to worry. I took a pregnancy test on December 13th and it was positive. The next day I was on my feet all day at work and had alot of cramping and back pain but no bleeding. By the next day It was unbearable, I couldn t eat more than a bite of food before feeling sick and upon standing I would instantly have to vomit. So I went to the hospital. The doctor came in checked my heart beat, poked on my belly, I told him where it hurt and he left the room, I was there 3 hours and never saw him again. They gave my fluids, took blood and monitored my BP. Finally the nurse came back in and told me that acording to my HGC levels read between 2 to 3 months pregnant. I tried to get them to answer me as to how I was so far along after my last two periods were text book perfect and they told my to ask my gynecologist. No one would or could tell me why or how my HGC levels were so high. They never did a pelvic exam or ultra sound. I called my doctor today and she can t see my until Wednesday. I am exhausted, I can t eat, I m in pain but because I am not bleeding no one considers this an emergency. I am 36, have had 3 children, I know what a healthy pregnancy feels like and I feel like I am slowly dying. I have no fever, no bleeding just cramping sickness and complete lack of energy. The pain worsens when I sit up or stand and gets worse the longer I go without laying down. I ve been made to feel crazy and I KNOW something is not right. What could possibly be wrong so I can be more insistent on my care? I feeling like this is slowly killing me. Please help me.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Nausea, pain , lower abdominal cramping, etc are all normal symptoms of early pregnancy. Since the pregnancy is confirmed, you can take medicines for symptomatic relief.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
