Experiencing Pain Under The Right Breast After A Fall

I just fell about an hour ago on my right side. Seemed that my upper (right) arm took the fall. No pain in rasing arms, however I do have pain under right breast (rib area) and on the right side of my breast. Painful when making any quick movements.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
If the chest pain is disturbing your routine activity then get a chest x ray done to rule out any rib fracture or it could be just a muscle pull. Do not lift heavy weights.
Possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more.
Ibuprofen is anti inflammatory.
You will definitely improve with combination of painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Also apply warm water pad on affected areas.
Avoid movements causing pain.
Don't worry, you will be alright in 1-2 weeks.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
