Experiencing Pressure On Eyes, Forehesd, Temples, And Nose. Took Antibiotics, Anti Inflammatories. Suggestions

hi, im 21 years old and have been experiencing great pressure behind my eyes, forehesd, temples, and nose for over a month now. My GP said its sinusitis but ive had antibiotics, anti inflammatories, nasal spray, anti histamines and decongestant tabs and nothing seems to b working. its stoppin me from doing things as it gets really bad some days. I also started having panic attacks, i think thats what they are, i get short of breath, go dizzy, pins n needles, clammy, shaking and a feeling of being choked! Please help!!

Hello,
You must get done an ENT consultation and get done a CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to rule out nasal and sinus disease so that it can be planned for further management.
You have pressure feeling behind your eyes ,in this the Ct scan will help to rule out an complication developing.
If there is sinus disease then medical management can be done and if required surgery can also be done.
