Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Hydralazine can cause increase of heart rate. It dilates the blood vessels...
Abrupt withdrawal of beta blockers could do this....
Fentanyl is more effective than loratab for pain...

The limited information provided is not sufficient enough to arrive at an appropriate conclusion and further suggestion... / You have not stated your personal habits, family history, or co-morbidities, even age or gender...which could influence the diagnosis and outcome...

Get yourself examined.../ basic tests may be needed...
The treating doctor alone can suggest further based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
