Experiencing Severe Headache Along With Dizziness, Vomiting And Pain In My Eyes

Hi,I am suffering from severe headache regularly since March 2013,also feeling dizziness,vomiting,pain in my eyes and it also goes down to my neck. I also feel tired most of the times and feel my head heavy. Please answer my query as soon as you can. Thanks virpal gill

It seems from the history that you are having headache associated with diziness, eye pain and vomiting.
These symptoms indicate a possible diagnosis of primary headaches Luke migraine.
The treatment in the acute episode is by use of analgesics.
Since you are having recurrent attacks you need to take prophylactic drugs to prevent recurrences. The commonly used prophylactic drugs are flunarizine or beta blockers like propranolol.
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.
