Experiencing Severe Headache

i had the worst headachd out of the blues that lasted at least 10 seconds. It felt like someone was kicking my brain around. Not my head but my brain. Now i have been having dizzy spells since then.

Such worst headache ever needs evaluation. It can be warning symptom of minor leak from any aneurysm inside brain.
I advise you to get NCCT Head and if required CT angiogram of intracranial vessels to look for any evidence of subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial aneurysm.
