Experiencing Severe Headache,nausea Light Headed & Fatigue

HI Dr. My name is LIsa. Will try to give you a clear concise email. 50 yr old pre menopause had a 4 level lumbar back fusion 5 months ago. Was sedentary for two years, gained 50 lbs due to back pain. Am on the road back to pre surgery Lisa, have lost 20 lbs., walking/hiking in hills up to 2 miles a day, and eating/juicing the right way. Have had unexplained hi blood pressure since 30, when I was in the best shape and not overweight. The last 9 days the lowest my bp has been is 159/98 the hi 180/101never lower. pulse avg 92. headache non stop, nausea non stop, sweating, fatigue, light headedness. Seeing my dr on 5/6. My ? is should I go to emergency room, are these symptoms pre cursor to heart attack etc...

Hi. Welcome to hcm. As your bp very high and you have symptoms also, you should consult er urgently. It is hypertensive emergency. Some investigations are required to rule out heart attack. Ecg and troponin t is required. Take care.
