hello doctor, the thing is i missed my period and now i am feeling sleepy and bloted for last 7 days with strong smellings , nausea , headache, cramping lower abdomen and sometimes feeling cold with a sense of head rounding around my question is Am i Pregnant?

Since you missed your periods, so yes your symptoms could be because of pregnancy. You can do a pregnancy test at home simply by using pregnancy test strip and confirm it.
