Experiencing Slight Pinch At The Onset Of Urination , What Is The Problem ?

I am 59, female, married, and am experiencing a slight pinch at the onset of urination.Started a day or so ago. Lasts for a second then everything is fine. I have not had sexual relations for perhaps a year, am not concerned that it would be related to anything in that area. It seems to be at the very outside of the uretha. What can I do while at home to remedy as a doctor wouldn't be available til at least Monday, today being Saturday.
