Experiencing Weakness, Dizziness, Nausea. Not Pregnant, Pap Smear Came Normal. Due To Hormonal Change?

Hello. I'm a 41 year old female. Lately I've been experiencing weakness, dizziness, and nausea occasionally. Also very frequent sweats, 2 periods in 1 month. Not pregnant, pap normal. Then today, my left eye got red like VERY mild pink eye. That could be a fluke. But interesting never the less. No pain in my body really. A slight discomfort yesterday on my right side. And the other night when I stood up fast I got really dizzy and my hearing dulled over. Hands shaky and winded weak like flu. Had some honey, and it helped. So many odd things. I went to the lab today for a CBC, thyroid and hormone panels. I know that it's probably hormonal... but I'm scared. My brain is going nuts with it.

Hi, you are 41 years, female, experiencing weekness, dizziness, nausea occassionally, sweating, 2 periods in a month. Right eye became red, dizzy,hands shaky.
All the symptoms might be individual , period might be due to infection or anemia, etc.
Red eye and flu like symptoms might be due to fever, I prescribe to my patients with such symptoms antibiotic, and pain killers, and ranitidine. So consult a doctor for treatment. Thank you.
