sir,my brother is 22 yrs old.He has been diaognoised by kidney failure. His both kidneys are not working and we are told by the doctor to immediately take him to vellore.So plz can you tell me the actual cost of transplantation and whether both kidneys needs to be changed??

You do not need to replace both kidneys. Replacing one kidney will help you as in most cases, only one kidney needs to function.
