good day doc, please explain to me the result of my xray last friday. CHEST PA: shows right apical fibrohaze densities. heart is not enlarged. trachea at the midline. hemidiaphragms and sulci are intact. intact bony thorax. IMPRESSION: pulmonary apical koch s infection, right.

Hi,
Rt. apical fibrohaze density on chest xray needs to be interpreted with clinical correlation. Right apical fibrosis could be a sequelea of old healed infection. However your current clinical symptoms and other investigation parameters are important to rule out any active infection. Thus you need to get yourself evaluated in detail by a Pulmonologist / Chest Physician.
